2C-Elastomer SEALS
for demanding applications
2C-Elastomer Seals
Highlights
2C elastomer seals combine the benefits of elastomers and metals, offering a wide range of technical and practical advantages
- Outstanding sealing performance with maximum pressure and temperature resistance
- High dimensional stability due to a rigid support structure
- Custom sealing solutions with complex geometries possible
- More efficient and process-safe assembly through integration of multiple components
- Suitable for stringent hygienic requirements due to elimination of dead spaces

2C Elastomer Seals
Our 2C elastomer seals are traditionally used in engine and transmission applications, often featuring FKM/FPM elastomers.
For a specialized pharmaceutical application, we vulcanize a sealing lip made from peroxide-crosslinked EPDM onto polished stainless steel.

Frame Seals, Diaphragms and Bellows
We manufacture form seals and special elastomer components from custom compounds based on ACM/AEM, NBR/HNBR, and FKM/FPM for various applications in mechanical engineering.

Sealing Rings Made from Cast Iron and High-Performance Plastics
For cast iron We specialize in rectangular rings with hook joint according to DIN 34109 / DIN 34110 / DIN 34118.In addition to the hook joint (SH), we also supply designs with straight joint, overlapped joint (SU), or gas-tight/roller joint (SG or SW).
As high-performance plastics, we primarily use PTFE with various fillers such as bronze, glass fiber, or carbon. For special applications, we also offer sealing rings made from PAI or PEEK.

Gasket Sets for Automatic Transmissions
We manufacture gasket sets for the independent aftermarket, focusing on torque converter transmissions of German manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz and ZF (in particular Audi, BMW, and VW).
